Advancing a Historic
Investment in Auburn's Future
The most significant expansion in Auburn Athletics and Jordan-Hare history, this project creates a destination within the stadium for students and the Auburn Family. Built to serve beyond Saturdays, it reimagines the venue as a year-round home for connection—enhancing comfort, access, and experience while preserving the traditions that define it and extending its spirit into everyday life.
Enhancing the Jordan-Hare Gameday Experience
This project delivers stadium-wide improvements, including new entry gates, expanded restrooms, additional elevators, and more points of sale. For the first time in stadium history, dedicated on-site concessions kitchens elevate speed, quality, and efficiency, while new destinations like Tiger's Terrace and Shug's add energy and variety. The North Plaza enhances arrival, gathering, and year-round connectivity across campus.
Connecting the East and West Upper Decks
The upper deck is transformed into a fully connected concourse, improving circulation, access, and comfort. Enhancements include expanded restrooms, additional concessions, more standing room, and improved vertical access. It also creates a dedicated home for the Eagle Flight, elevating the level into a more connected, engaging, and memorable gameday experience.
Introducing New Premium Concepts
An entirely new portfolio of premium seating redefines the Auburn football experience, introducing concepts never before seen in the stadium—from rooftop clubs and refined suites to patio-style spaces, loge boxes, and field-level experiences. Together, these offerings create a dynamic, flexible premium environment designed to meet every fan's style of gameday.
Elevating the Auburn Student Experience
This project transforms the stadium into a true campus destination—serving Auburn students year-round. Purpose-built spaces support events, programming, and gatherings beyond gameday, creating new opportunities for connection and growth. The North Plaza enhances daily campus life, ensuring the stadium remains an active, accessible part of the Auburn experience 365 days a year.
Linking Campus and Stadium: North Plaza
Positioned between Jordan-Hare Stadium and historic Petrie Hall, the North Plaza creates a new front door to both the stadium and campus. Designed as a blend of green space, brick, and hardscape, it delivers year-round value for students while enhancing gameday energy and flow. It strengthens campus connectivity and creates a seamless transition from campus life into the energy of Jordan-Hare.

The Jordan-Hare North Project is the largest capital investment in the history of Auburn Athletics and Jordan-Hare Stadium. It transforms the north end of the stadium with new premium seating, expanded hospitality, improved concourses, modernized infrastructure, and year-round student-life spaces.
Auburn is responding to unprecedented demand for premium seating, modern amenities, and expanded student-life space in the heart of campus. Premium seating currently represents only 5.7% of stadium capacity, while more than 5,000 fans are on waitlists and interest lists. The project also enhances accessibility, improves operational efficiency, and creates flexible spaces that serve students 365 days a year. It positions Auburn for long-term success at a time when revenue growth directly supports competitive excellence.
Construction will not impact seating during the 2026 football season. After the 2026 season, rows 55–63 in sections 36–45 are scheduled to be removed. After the 2027 season, rows 1–8 in sections 38–43 are scheduled to be removed. Auburn will communicate directly with affected season ticket holders and provide a clear, personalized process for selecting new seats or exploring premium opportunities.
Your renewal process will remain the same. All fans will benefit from improved concourses, additional restrooms, expanded concessions, new entry points, and enhanced stadium operations. If you are interested in exploring new premium opportunities, you will have the chance to do so as offerings are released.
Yes. The project has been developed in full collaboration between Auburn Athletics and Student Affairs, ensuring it serves both groups in a meaningful and intentional way. Designed as a 100% / 100% facility, the building will fully support Auburn Athletics on gamedays and during athletics-related use, while serving Student Affairs and the broader student body on all other days. This approach maximizes the impact of the space, creating a shared asset that is active, purposeful, and fully utilized year-round.
The project introduces 3,350 new premium seats and experiences, along with new general admission and standing-room-only (SRO) areas, creating a more dynamic and flexible seating mix within Jordan-Hare Stadium. These additions are designed to enhance the overall fan experience while maintaining or potentially growing the stadium's overall capacity. As part of this transformation, approximately 3,000 traditional bleacher seats in the north end zone will be replaced with these new offerings.
The total project cost is approximately $305 million. Funding will come from philanthropic support, premium seating revenue, and related annual revenue streams. The Ever Auburn capital campaign will guide philanthropic investment in the Jordan-Hare North Project and future Athletics initiatives. These gifts help Auburn meet rising demand for premium experiences while strengthening the long-term foundation of Auburn Athletics.
Pricing for premium seating will vary based on the type of space, location, amenities, and number of seats. Auburn is finalizing pricing models that reflect the elevated experience offered in each new area, including clubs, loge boxes, suites, and field-level spaces. Donors will receive clear information on seat pricing, capital gift requirements, and philanthropic credit as offerings become available. Fans who complete the interest form will be among the first to receive detailed updates.
A modernized Jordan-Hare Stadium is essential to Auburn's long-term competitiveness. Revenue generated from premium seating and enhanced fan experiences directly supports all Auburn student-athletes across every sport. The project also expands student-life space, improves campus infrastructure, and strengthens Auburn's ability to recruit, retain, and support student-athletes in a rapidly changing environment.
Fans and donors interested in premium seating opportunities can complete the interest form. Auburn Athletics and Tigers Unlimited will provide personalized guidance as seating options, pricing, and timelines are finalized.
